Once this is done, to start receiving mail you must ensure that the MX records for your domain are set to "10 mx1.4ukmail.com" and "20 mx2.4ukmail.com". If you do not know what this means, pass the information on to your domain host.

How do I add an alias to my account?

If you have added your own domain, as above, and you would like to start mapping addresses to your mailboxes you should first click "my account" and then select "mailboxes" from the top menu. Click "add alias" to make a new address mapping. You will then be prompted to enter a prefix and select a domain that exists on your account.
